Project: Elevating emlyon business school's Digital Presence

Overview:

For three years, I spearheaded emlyon business school's social media strategy, transforming its online presence across all major platforms. This involved driving significant audience growth and engagement, coordinating diverse entities within the school, and fostering a cohesive brand voice. My role extended to training staff and students, and collaborating with marketing and sales to drive program growth.

Accomplishments:

- Dramatically increased follower counts and engagement rates across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

- Successfully launched and managed the employee advocacy program.

- Coordinated social media efforts for multiple school entities, including the incubator and alumni department.

- Trained student associations and staff on effective social media practices.

- Collaborated with marketing and sales to drive program lead generation.


Results:

- TikTok followers grew from 0 to 10,000.

- Instagram followers increased from 14,000 to 59,000.

- LinkedIn engagement rates rose from 1% to 4%, and Instagram from 2.5% to 6%.

- Incubator LinkedIn page grew by 2,200 followers, and the Alumni page by 8,000.

- Program applicants and leads from social media increased by 11%.

- Website traffic from employee advocacy increased by 7%.
